Materuni Waterfalls

Materuni Village is located 15 km north of Moshi, It is the last village before Kilimanjaro national park. Before you reach the village you will drive slowly across the banana farms and local rural villages. The people are very warm and welcoming, inviting you in their local Materuni home, on a small trail extending through the rain forest and coffee plantations will lead you straight to the waterfall.

After you decide to leave this breath taking place behind we will continue hiking back to the village. Where the local community will demonstrate you the process of making arabica coffee. Its time to taste it and warm up the body again. If you want you can take some coffee beans with you!
